Written by  Christopher Dormoy

Now is the time to immerse yourself in peak autumn colors in Quebec, Canada.  Plan your weekend escape before it's too late.  To give you a sample of what you can see there, this video by Christopher Dormoy of the Quebec Laurentiens and Parc de la Riviere Doncaster will transport you to the peace and serenity of the mountains, lakes and streams surrounded by trees in vivid red and orange hues of autumn. The video takes you on an aerial journey through The Laurentiens, a mountainous area not far from Montreal that is a very popular tourist destination for exploring beautiful nature.  You can hike, bike, canoe, fish, kayak, camp, and so much more there.  Also featured in this video are scenes from Parc de la Riviere Doncaster, a nature preserves in the Laurentides region where you can enjoy beautiful fall scenery by walking on paths alongside a picturesque river.

What an amazing time of year to visit this area.  Quebec Tourism provides lots of helpful information on what to see and do in Quebec during the fall as well as where to stay, dine and much more. See what others have to say about the stunning scenery in the Laurentides region on Tripadvisor.
